ZSO 29, 43 HC samenstelling en functies bloedFuncties venapunctie (in venen prikken voor bloedafname) -> vaak in v. mediana cubiti (voorkant elleboog):

- Zorgen voor gasuitwisseling (transport O2, CO2)
- Hb bestaat uit 4 subeenheden die elk haem (Fe2+ ijzerion dat met O2 kan reageren) bevat
(iets mis met Fe2+ gehalte -> ernstige problemen vorming Hb -> vorming RBC verhinderd -> kan leiden tot bloedarmoede) ->
vooral bij vrouwen want zijn afh v toevoer Fe2+ in voeding omdat reserve kleiner is
