Voorwoord
Mijn naam is David Leopold. Ik ben werkzaam als Commercial Training Manager bij Boston
Scientific voor de Divisie Urologie en Pelvic Health. In deze functie help ik de product trainers
om de commerciële strategie te vertalen naar een commercial training ter bevordering van de
verkoop van onze producten.

In mijn functie als Commercial Training Manager heb ik regelmatig te maken met product
specialisten, global marketingmanagers en lokale marketeers. Hun doelstellingen, kennis en
marketingmateriaal vertalen ik naar hulpmiddelen voor het verkoopteam.

Om de marketingbranding en marketingcommunicatie beter te begrijpen ben ik begonnen met
de studie Productmanagement, waarin de modules Marketingcommunicatie & Branding en
Productmanagers & Organisatie zijn opgenomen. Na deze opleiding kan ik een betere
sparringpartner zijn voor marketeers, productmanagers en trainers met als voordeel een betere
aansluiting van de training naar de mensen in het veld.


Met de moduleopdracht marketingplan kan ik laten zien dat ik het onderdeel marketing en
marketingcommunicatie beheers.
