Voor u ligt mijn moduleopdracht ten behoeve van de opleiding hogere veiligheidskunde van de
NCOI. Graag stel ik mijzelf aan u voor. Ik ben ----- en ik ben werkzaam als shiftsupervisor in de
energietechniek. Deze moduleopdracht dient ter afsluiting van de module veiligheid in
organisaties van de hogere veiligheidskunde opleiding.
In september 2022 ben ik begonnen aan de opleiding hogere veiligheidskunde omdat veiligheid
een belangrijke rol speelt in de industrie. Mijn rol in mijn dagelijkse werk is het leidinggeven aan
een ploeg operators. Naast het bedrijven van ------ is het verzorgen van een veilige werkplek voor
zowel het eigen als het ingehuurde personeel een essentieel onderdeel van mijn vak.
Deze moduleopdracht betreft een uitwerking van een Self Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ).
Doel van de opdracht is het verbeteren van de veiligheidsprestaties van -------. Dit doordat eerst
de huidige situatie in kaart wordt gebracht en vervolgens middels concrete verbeterpunten
stappen worden gemaakt in het verbeteren van de veiligheidsprestaties van -----.
Ik wil -------- bedanken voor het meewerken aan deze opdracht. De SAQ is een flinke vragenlijst
waar zo een aantal uren werk in zit. De dankbaarheid is groot.
