, INTRODUCTION AND HEAD START

1. CONCRETE EXPERIENCE
The focus point of the Workshop session was to find in which environment in the classroom we would like to work
and learn throughout the period. We had to come up with own experiences and wishes. First, we discovered that
by our own and we wrote it down on a piece of paper.

Individual Level:
 How was it to think about the group functioning yourself?
 What did you think, how did you make sure to be able to bring it in to the group discussion later?
Group Level:
 What did you experience when getting together with the other group members?
 Did others think about similar things?
 How did you bring the different ideas together? Where you able to build a general group charter in
their group? Did it match the individual notes?
Organizational Level:
 How was it to listen to what the other groups did?

2. REFLECTIVE OBERSVATION
After that we came together in a group of four people where we talked about each other’s experiences and came
up with a final selection of wishes for the learning environment.

3. ABSTRACT CONCEPTUALIZATION
This goes hand in hand with the second step, where we came together in the big group and shared our
experiences and wishes. Finally, we discussed it together with the whole course and made a mind map on the
board in front of the classroom.

4. ACTIVE EXPERIMENTATION
At this point we talked about own experiences where we applied the framework of the four I´s.
