In this assignment I’m going to analyse my contribution to the
selection processing a given situation.

I am going to now address my shortcomings as a Candidate
and Employer. My shortcomings as a competitor were that I
continued shaking my legs and rapping the floor. This was
terrible non-verbal communication as it shows to the boss I am
either lying or shying without end. Another issue was that I
asked the boss an excess of inquiries which were time intensive
for them and blended disarray. Last issue was that I continued
wriggling with my cellular telephone which I had out. The
Company hoped they were successful with their continued
quest to find a job in the future.

As me being the Employer the bad things I done were by
crossing my arms which is shown towards the candidate as
being intimidating. Another bad habit which was that I tended
to over talk …… sometimes, as this didn’t give him enough
time to answer questions properly. This also comes across as
being arrogant and not representing myself as a professional
employer.

As an Employer I would change the issue of crossing my arms.
This will be done by compensating in other movements by
nodding my head while listening and leaning forward to show I
am engaged with the conversation. Secondly, I would stop over
talking to the candidate. To fix this issue I would limit my
sentences by keeping my response’s concise and to limited
points, also avoiding keeping repeating myself.

Another commitment I was requested that make was to make a
man detail to run with the set of working responsibilities for the
open part. This was somewhat diverse to an expected set of
