In this assignment I’m going to compare the roles of the
different members of a team. I’m going to incorporate this by
adding belbins team roles.
Effectiveness of my team - Belbins roles were incorporated
into everyone in my group. In my group the shaper was me.
This is because I was able to challenge my team to improve
their skills and finish for deadlines. I also was making sure that
all possibilities are considered and that the team does not

is because he turned everyone’s ideas into practical actions.
This was very good because we were just throwing ideas left
right and centre and he was there to put them into actions.

up many of the ideas. She was vital because when we were all

do specific jobs he was there with the exact ability and skill to
do it. Not only did he take pride in his duties, he also was there
to help people better their roles. Team effectiveness is the
capability a team has to achieve the goals or objectives
managed by authorized personnel. To make a team have good
effectiveness the mains thing is to have individual contributors
their efforts and work toward a common goal. Good teams
don’t happen by accident; hard work, commitment and some
amount of struggle are usually involved in creating successful
teams. Team b which is my team, the effectiveness which we
had was okay it wasn’t perfect due to the fact that not every
individual contributed the way we would of like but our
effectiveness was good. Also teams an effectiveness was good
simply because there team member contributed towards all
task and was committed to what was happening.
