There are two compulsory sections:
Section A consists of short and long application questions.
Section B consists of short and long theoretical questions.
Instructions:
1. Answers to this examination paper must be submitted via the myExams platform.
2. The official examination session ends at 19:45 today (23 June 2022).
3. The use of the Invigilator App is compulsory.
4. You must complete the online declaration of own work when submitting the paper.
Additional instructions:
1. Students must upload their answer scripts in a single PDF file (answer scripts must not be password-
protected or uploaded as “read-only” files).
2. Students have one hour (until 20:45) to submit their answer scripts after the official examination
time. Submissions made after this time will be rejected in accordance with the examination regulations, and
will not be marked.
3. NO e-mailed scripts will be accepted.
4. Students are advised to preview their submissions (answer scripts) to ensure legibility and that the correct
answer script file has been uploaded.
5. Incorrect file formats and uncollated answer scripts will not be considered.
6. Marks awarded for incomplete submission or illegible scanned submissions after 13:00 will be the student’s
final mark. No opportunity will be granted for resubmission.

8. Only submissions from registered student accounts will be accepted.
9. Students who have not used invigilation or proctoring tools will be deemed to have transgressed Unisa’s
examination rules and will have their marks withheld.
10. Students have 48 hours from the day of their examination to upload their invigilator results from the
Invigilator App. Failure to do so will result in students deemed not to have utilised invigilation or proctoring
tools.
11. Students suspected of dishonest conduct during the examinations will be subjected to disciplinary
processes. UNISA has zero tolerance for plagiarism and/or any other forms of academic dishonesty.
12. Students who are experiencing technical challenges may contact the Student Communication Service
Centre (SCSC) on 080 000 1870 or send an e-mail to cemsexams@unisa.ac.za and CC the lecturer on
