In this assignment I’m going to explain the appropriateness of
the plans for the evaluation of the design and launch of a
website for a specific organisation
Before I launched my website, there were several factors I had
to consider. For examples factors like my (Site
Audience/Marketing) so how I intended to attract my niche
audience; through advertising, word of mouth, special
promotions, and so on. Also my web design was very crucial
because I had to consider how l was going to organize each
page to allow users to navigate easily among pages on the Site.
There were many more things I had to do and I’m going to
explain it throughout this assignment.
The maintenance and updating of the website- It is
important to ensure that the website maintenance is up to
standard and also that the appearance is occasionally changed
in order to appeal more to its target audience. My website must
continually evolve and be refined to meet the increasing
demands of my audience, as well as reflecting the progressing
technologies and new browser versions.Updating the
information on the website is important in order to ensure that
that the audience is able to receive accurate information and
also more information in quantity regarding upcoming topics.
Backing up Date- Having duplicate copies of my most
important information is saved in a remote location to keeps it
safe in case anything goes badly wrong with my computer.
Things like Computer crashes, Virus Infection,Hard drive failure
and theft are all inevitable and can have a huge effect on my
website. For this reason I was using a safer and more effective
method of securing files by using online backup. Files stored
online are safe from damage to my computer, and if something
goes wrong with my machine I will still have to remotely access
