Instructions based on p3
During my performance in the task I had to cover up many areas in order for the
performance to be successful, these are the examples I had to cover:
Did you speak clearly and confidently?
Did you get all of the details correct?
What were your key strengths?
What were your weaknesses?
What would you do differently next time to improve?
1. Did you speak clearly and confidently?
In my opinion I think I spoke loud and clear as well as listen and making sure I
looked interested, I made sure to write every information the customer was say
then after read it to them to make sure that I did not miss out anything and read
it to them to make sure they understand what is going on which was really useful
as in save me time from go back and forwards.
2. Did you get all of the details correct?
I think I got all the right details correct because I made sure I wrote everything
they were say than after reading to them and asking them if I missed out
anything.
3. What were your key strengths?
One of my strengths was my confidence because I am able to talk in a large
group people and I was not scared to share my opinion and during the
conversations also I always had something to say and I was never on the edge.
4. What were your weaknesses?
My weakness was using the phonetic alphabet as to time for me to know what
name is attached to which letter.

Instructions based on P4
6. Could you have done all of the tasks from your notes?
yes because the notes I took down had the main issues which made it easy to for
me because all I had to do is to come up with was to sort them out. the first issue
was all about students miss behaving in the restaurant and how customers felt
scared and not save, to stop student from miss behaving you could split them up
into smaller groups for example, if they are in a group of 10 then you could split
them up into 2 groups but these are just Ideas of I’ve came up with so in the
meeting we could discuss them and come up with better ideas.
7. Were your details 100% correct?
I think my details were correct because I wrote all the ideas and information on a
board so that all the staff members can read it and if there are any mistakes they
could sort it out.
8. What were your key strengths?
I personally think coming up with ideas was where I excelled because I always
had something to say even when someone came up with an idea I always came
up with ways to improve their idea.
9. What were your weaknesses?
I think I was a bit too excited and I kept talking over people.
10.What would you do differently next time to improve?
next time instead talking over people I could write my ideas on the board and
ask if they like any of them and if they can improve them.
