Mijn naam is Y, ik ben 25 jaar oud en woonachtig in A. Sinds 2019 ben ik werkzaam bij X. X,
gevestigd te A, is een familiebedrijf gericht op de verkoop, leasing en verhuur van
grondverzetmachines.
Mijn functie binnen X is gericht op de verhuur van grondverzetmachines voor de korte termijn
(1-3 maanden). Hierbij is het mijn taak om de klant in het gehele proces te ontzorgen, zodat
ze tevreden en terugkerende klanten zijn. Het leuke en tevens uitdagende aan deze functie
is het contact met vele verschillende mensen en bedrijven waarbij je elke klant zo goed
mogelijk van dienst wilt zijn. Ik moet ervoor zorgen dat elke klant de juiste machine, op de
juiste plaats en de juiste tijd heeft.
In opdracht van mijn opleiding Small business en ondernemerschap heb ik voor het vak HR-
management een adviesrapport geschreven met betrekking tot de instroom, doorstroom en
uitstroom van personeel binnen X. Met dit rapport tracht ik handvatten aan X aan te reiken
opdat ze te allen tijde kunnen beschikken over de juiste hoeveelheid medewerkers met de
juiste kwaliteiten. Dit is van belang om goed te blijven presteren als bedrijf.
Ik wil graag mevrouw Nijenhuis (docent bij NCOI) bedanken voor de leerzame lessen. Tot
slot wil ik ook mijn collega’s bij X bedanken voor de ondersteuning.
