In de “module borgen van kwaliteit en veiligheid” wordt er gewerkt aan een verbeterpunt op de

professional en kwaliteitsbevorderaar is de verpleegkundige op de hoogte van veranderingen en

patiënt en eventueel collega’s. De verpleegkundige neemt de verantwoording en borgt de veiligheid
van de patiënt en collega’s.
