Introduction
Define what project management means?
Project management is when the person who is the leader of the project has divided the different
phases for the project in order for it to be organised and to be easier to execute and be accurate.
Project management is important as it makes it easier for the workers to follow the different phases
of the project because they are clear and in order in which it will help the project to be executed

What are IT projects?
IT projects are projects that are somewhat connected to information systems or any type of

What is project scope?
Project scope is a precise summary of the aspects of a project such as the activities done for it, the
resources that were needed for the project to be executed, the timelines of the progress of the

firstly starting with the problem that needs to be solved in the project, next they would want to
outline the solution that is most reliable to the problem and the most recommended one, after that
they have to explain the value of the solution to the other workers and at last, they have to wrap up
the project with conclusion about the work importance on the project.
