The purpose of this report is to reflect on the event that our team hosted online. It will
highlight the successful factors as well as the areas of improvement.
This report will begin with an overview of the event which will be included in the
introduction. It will then show the importance of planning each step of the event in order to
be successful. In addition to that, it will also show the ways that our team has managed to
complete the tasks we set out to complete the event, through the use of a Gantt chart and
other methods which will be explained in detail.
Then , the report will continue to explain as well as analyse the success of the event which
will include a review of the features that we took into account when planning the event.
For example : budget, resources, contingency plan, risk assessment and time management.
This report as I previously mentioned, will be explaining and analysing the evaluation forms,
which includes the questionnaire responses. In this part of the report, it will be demonstrating
how successful the event was by looking at the responses from the survey results. By looking
at the responses, we will be able to have a better understanding of our strengths and
weaknesses , therefore it will be helpful to know what areas to improve.
This report will also analyze and prove how my personal skills contribute to the success of
the event. In this part of the report, it will determine which skills I used in the event, which
contributed to the success of the event.
