,Inleiding
Voor mijn opleiding pedagogiek aan de HAN in Nijmegen ga ik een gezin
begeleiding geven aan de hand van een hulpvraag. Dit ga ik doen door in totaal 4
gesprekken met het gezin te hebben. In de eerste 2 gesprekken zal ik de
gezinssituatie en het netwerk in kaart brengen. Ook zal ik daarna de literatuur
koppelen aan de situatie. In het derde gesprek zal ik het plan opstellen met het
gezin en in het vierde gesprek zal ik met het gezin gaan evalueren hoe het is
gegaan en hoe het vervolg eruit zal komen te zien. Ook zal ik aan hen vragen om
het JAS-formulier in te vullen. Zo kan ik terugzien hoe zij de samenwerking met
mij vonden gaan.
