Mijn naam is Demi Oostrom, tweedejaars student Social Work.
Ik volg Forensisch accent en loop daarbij stage in Penitentiaire Inrichting Nieuwersluis.
Dit is een vrouwengevangenis.
Hier werk ik op het Re-integratiecentrum. Dit is een centrum waar gedetineerden vrouwen
zaken kunnen regelen wat betrekking heeft op hun terugkeer in de maatschappij.
Tijdens de werkplaats Sociale Rechtvaardigheid en mijn stage in PI Nieuwersluis, heb ik veel
mogen leren en ben ik bewust geworden van de thema’s rondom rechtvaardigheid. Zo ben ik
tot nieuwe inzichten gekomen en heb ik in co-creatie samengewerkt.
In dit document beschrijf ik twee betekenisvolle situaties die de afgelopen weken hebben
afgespeeld in PI Nieuwersluis.
Tijdens deze situaties begaf ik mezelf in de stretch zone en leerde ik omgaan met nieuw
handelen. Deze situaties analyseer ik op basis van persoonlijk, professioneel en Social Work
niveau en zal onderbouwd worden met verschillende soorten theorieën.
