, Inleiding
In mijn werkstuk beschrijf ik het leven van de chinees communistische leider Deng Xiaoping.
Hierbij vertel ik eerst wat over waar Deng vandaan kwam en hoe hij is opgeklommen tot een
van de belangrijkste personen in de Chinese geschiedenis. Vervolgens vertel ik wat over de
impact die deze communistische leider heeft gehad op China en ronden we af met wat de
gevolgen waren en hoe we deze nu terugzien in het huidige China. Hierbij kijk ik niet alleen
nar de positieve gevolgen, maar ook naar de negatieve gevolgen. Ik vond het erg belangrijk
om iets te vertellen over deze befaamd persoon, zeker omdat China zoals het nu groot en
machtig wordt afgebeeld, niet zo zou kunnen zijn geweest zonder Deng Xiaoping. Voor vele
is Deng de grondstichter van de industriële grootmacht China en heeft hij voor grote
ontwikkeling gezorgd binnen de economie en samenleving. De man die het land wegstuurde
van Moa’s wilde experimenten en het land op weg hielp naar economische liberalisatie, maar
ook zijn eigen problemen heeft geschapen. Ik ben bij deze herkansing voor een ander
onderwerp gegaan omdat mijn opa veel kon vertellen over dit onderwerp. Hij had er vroeger
onderzoek naar gedaan en wou er met liefde over vertellen.
