Mijn naam is Dyan van der Vooren en ik studeer Business Studies aan de Hogeschool Inholland Den
Haag. Tijdens de eerste periode van het tweede studiejaar heb ik de opdracht om een plan van
aanpak voor een onderzoek over een beroepsgerelateerd praktijkprobleem op te stellen. Dit
onderzoek gaat erover hoe de werkdruk van de docenten van het ROC Mondriaan kan worden
verminderd.
Graag wil ik mevrouw Smulders bedanken voor de lessen van onderzoeksvaardigheden. Ook wil ik
mevrouw Smulders bedanken voor de hulp die aangeboden is bij het opstellen van dit onderzoek. Tot
slot wil ik Romy Pronk bedanken voor de feedback die gegeven is. Door de feedback die gegeven is
