En la primera practica de botánica utilizamos las lupas y microscopios para
ver las diferentes estructuras de hongos , líquenes y algas además de las
estructuras del champiñón y la seta de cardo . En la primera parte de la 1º
practica observamos las estructuras macroscópicas:
Primero visualizamos con la lupa el hongo que aparece
sobre la ciruela en estado de descomposición este
hongo pertenece a los Ascomicetos se caracterizan por
aparecer sobre cuerpos fructíferos y además en su grupo se
encuentras hongos tan característicos como el Penicillium del
cual se extrae la penicilina y suelen ser causantes de
enfermedades de plantas y animales
A continuación observamos a través de la lupa las
estructuras de la trufa de tendencia rugosa son
un género de hongos ascomicetes de la familia
Tuberaceae. Además forma micorrizas con
árboles, como los castaños. La micorriza es la
asociación entre la raíz de una planta superior y el
micelio de un hongo. El hongo capta agua y
nutrientes para la planta y a cambio recibe
azúcares procedentes de la fotosíntesis.
