-> onderbreking in myelineschede
-> schwann-cellen raken elkaar, de myelinehuls ontbreekt
Internode (= internodaal segment):
-> segment tussen 2 knopen
-> per internode: 1 kern van Schwann-cellen (halverwege segment)
