Op basis van onderzoek wat is uitgevoerd op FPA 2 te Rotterdam van organisatie Fivoor, is in overleg
met de opdrachtgever gekozen om een cursus op te zetten om het team te helpen met het opstellen
van een methodisch kader voor de doelgroep LVB+. De cursus zelf zal uit twee dagen bestaan.
Het doel van onder andere de cursus is om binnen een tijdsbestek van 2 maanden het team van de
FPA te voorzien van de nodige tools en kennis over LVB+ om een draaiboek te kunnen maken wat
aansluit op de behoefte van de patiënten.
Door de stafleden te voorzien van tools en een draaiboek wat aansluit bij LVB+ gediagnostiseerde
patiënten, is het gewenste resultaat om de samenwerking binnen het team van de FPA en de
samenwerking tussen de stafleden en de patiënten op FPA 2 te verbeteren.
De cursus zal uit een aantal onderdelen bestaan:
- De bevindingen vanuit het onderzoek zal worden gedeeld met het team en daarbij ook de
aanleiding voor deze cursus.
- Theorie over LVB-problematiek en de probleemgebieden die hierdoor binnen de
maatschappij kunnen ontwikkelen.
- Uitleg over Lifewise en de pijlers en handvatten(het methodisch kader)
- Uitleg over het TOPOI-model en hoe dit toe te passen in de praktijk door middel van een
oefening.
- Vervolgens zal er tijd en aandacht besteed worden aan het opstellen van handvatten bij de
pijlers van Lifewise, die passen bij FPA 2.
Dit beroepsproduct bestaat uit twee onderdelen , de presentatie gemaakt in PowerPoint en een
werkplan.
Het werkplan zal een uitwerking zijn van hoe het beroepsproduct kan worden uitgevoerd en
geïmplementeerd tijdens de werkzaamheden van FPA 2.
