Algemeen
Ik heb opgezocht hoe vaak Nederland in Griekenland pas en dat is wel 4 keer! Griekenland heeft een
oppervlakte van wel 132.500 km2, waarvan één zesde deel in beslag wordt genomen door ca. 6000
eilanden en eilandjes. Maar van al die 600o eilandjes en eilanden zijn er maar 227 bewoond.
Reizen naar Griekenland kan op veel verschillende manieren:
Met de auto:
Dit duurt gemiddeld 24 uur.
Te voet:
Dit duurt gemiddeld 21 dagen.
Vliegtuig:
Dit duurt ongeveer 3,5 uur.
Met de boot:
Deze tijden variëren van 9-25 uur.
Persoonlijk wil ik graag een keer op vakantie naar Griekenland, en in nood zou ik er ook wel willen
wonen. Als ik naar Griekenland op vakantie zou gaan dat zou ik naar de stad Rhodos gaan.
Er wonen 10,7 miljoen mensen in Griekenland, dat is minder dan in Nederland, maar toch is
Griekenland een stuk groter dan Nederland. In Griekenland word over het algemeen Grieks
gesproken, maar in sommige delen van het land word een ander dialect gesproken, zoals Turks en
Albanees.
Griekenland bestaat nagenoeg volledig uit bergen (voor wel 80%). Maar het is wel veilig om tussen
de bergen te wonen of om tussen de bergen op vakantie te gaan! Heel erg leuk dus, maar als je
hoogte vrees hebt is het misschien niet zo’n aanraden.
De Grieken verdienen het meest hun geld met landbouw. Maar ook verkoopt Griekenland wijn,
olijven, tabak en nog meer aan andere landen.
