11.Circuittraining en stationstraining
Circuit training:
De deelnemer voert allemaal verschillende oefeningen achter elkaar uit zonder rusttijd. Het is een
soort circuit wat men uitvoert, vandaar de naam. Men kan het circuit 1x volgen, maar het is ook
mogelijk deze meerdere rondjes te doen.
Stationstraining:
De deelnemer doet een aantal sets bij hetzelfde trainingsstation en als met het gewenste aantal sets
behaald heeft gaat men naar het volgende station
