Huiswerk opgave 8 Fitnesstrainer AStart met een intakegesprek om doelstelling te bepalen, medische Par Q op te stellen, time
management toe te passen en meten/wegen.
- Begin altijd met een warming up: bv 10 minuten op de crosstrainer
- Train vervolgens 4 setjes van 15 herhalingen, met een rust van een minuut tussen de set.
- Een herhaling duurt in totaal 3 seconde, 1 seconde wegdrukken en 2 seconden terug laten
zakken.
- Voor een optimaal resultaat train je 2 tot 3 x per week. Zo raakt je lichaam gewend aan de
fitnessoefeningen en word je langzaam sterker.
- Een training duurt ongeveer 60 tot 75 minuten.
- Gebruik voornamelijk fitnessmachines.
- Train niet te zwaar, het gaat de eerste paar weken voornamelijk om een correcte uitvoering
van de oefening(dit ivm blessures)
- Wissel na een week of 8 van trainingsschema
