B6 per meer eiwit: Hoeveel eiwitten boven de 150 gram x0.015 en die bij de richtlijn
van 1,5 optellen: Voorbeeld: Bas neemt 195 gram eiwitten per dag, hoeveel B6 moet
hij bijslikken. Overschot is hier 45 (195-150). 45x0,015=0,675+1,5= 2,175. Hij moet
dus ongeveer 2,1-2,2 mg vitamine B6 slikken

Vitamine B6 berekenen: Hoofdregel: uit voeding neem je 75 procent op, uit
supplementen neem je 100 procent op, de richtlijn is 1,5 mg B6 per dag. Voorbeeld:
Fatma krijg 1,2 mg B6 binnen uit voeding, hoeveel moet zijn aanvullen om tot de 1,5
te komen: in werkelijkheid krijgt zijn 0,9 mg B6 binnen (1,2x0,75) en in feite moet je
1,125 mg B6 binnenkrijgen uit voeding (1,5x0,75). 1,125-0,9= 0,225.

Hoe bereken je en%? Voorbeeld: Fatma eet 81 gram eiwit per dag. Haar totale kcal-
inname is 2400. Hoeveel en% eiwit eet Fatma? Berekening: 81 (hoeveelheid eiwit) x
4 (kcal dat eiwit oplevert) :2400 (totaal aantal kcals) x100= 13,5 en%
