Jurisprudentie = Alle uitspraken van alle rechters in Nederland tezamen
Gewoonterecht = het ongeschreven recht (fatsoensregels)
Verdrag:
Bilateraal verdrag = een verdrag tussen 2 landen
(internationaal) Multilateraal verdrag = een verdrag tussen >2 landen
