In this part of assignment for M1 I will explain the points of view of these
stakeholders and how do they influence the aims and the objectives of these two
organisations.

NESTLE

The stakeholders of Nestle are:

Employees

Employees represent the people that work in the company and help them to
create products or to provide services. Also they are organized and assigned in
different departments and job roles in order to increase the efficiently and
productivity of company. Employees of Nestle influence the success of the
company through efficiently that they have in fulfilling different tasks and duties.
Nestle should provide good working conditions with its employees and also to
offer good wages that will motivate the employees to work more efficiently and
productively. Also the employees look for a good job security, fringe benefits,
promotion prospects or training opportunities. The most used resources in
Nestlé’s factories are the machineries therefore most off Nestlé’s activities
requires machineries in order to create their products. Even if Nestle does not
focus on the human resources in their factories the employees are still needed as
the machineries are operated by them. In the uppermost company for example in
the marketing department employees are very valuable resource because they
must use strategies to promote Nestlé’s products, these strategies must be well
designed to attract potential customers. Company productivity is affected
primarily by employees because they are the ones that keep company going.

Customers
Customers are people who buy or receive (for free) products or services offered
by a company.
In this case customers represent the individuals who buy Nestle products. They
want Nestle to provide quality products at a fair price. Also they look for
innovation and variety of products. Customers influence Nestlé because they are
the most important source of income, customers can decide if they want to
continue or stop buying the products offered by Nestle, they also can decide to
buy the products offered by the competitors of Nestle. Nestlé is also influenced
by customers as they make the brand known.

, Governments

The Government wants companies to comply with all the current regulations and
laws, and to pay their taxes in order to contribute to the national economy.
Government presents an interest in Nestlé as if they respect the laws and pay
their taxes the government will receive money depending on their
successfulness. If the taxes are small Nestle will have to pay less money to the
government and therefore Nestle will save money, if taxes are high Nestlé will
raise prices in the region where these taxes are applicable. Nestle is a global
company, they must work with governments around the world so every
government influence in some degree Nestlé with their taxes and laws. The
Government can introduce new laws such as minimum wage or they also can to
increase the VAT.

Suppliers

The suppliers represents a person or company who supply another company
with the materials needed to operate. In case of Nestle suppliers are different
farms around the world that supply Nestle Company with various raw materials
(e.g. cereals). Suppliers of Nestlé wants the same things that any other providers
wants to have large and valuable contracts, to have regular orders, to receive
their pay on raw materials that gave them at the time, to receive fair amounts of
money and of course to grow with Nestlé and to maintain a close relationship
because that will convey benefits for both.
They influence Nestlé as the raw material that they deliver must be quality
materials. They also must deliver on time without delay.

Shareholders and the financial community

A shareholder represents any person or company that owns minimum of one
share of company’s stock. Shareholders are the owners of the company. They
will make profit if the company does well, but that comes with the potential to lose
money if the company does badly.
Nestlé investors are those people who support the financial side of the business.
They risk some money in order to make profit. They influence Nestlé because
they are influencing the decision taken in the company and they have a big say in
how the aims of Nestle are decided. They are interested in obtaining high
dividends these dividends will be obtained if the company will make profits. Also
the shareholders of Nestle want to have a say in the company and to have a long
