9.1 De fysieke veranderingen bij de oudere volwassene
Tegenwoordig wordt de lichamelijke conditie van oudere volwassenen door
verschillende factoren verklaard: biologische verklaring, sociale factoren, en bijv
levensstijl en lichamelijke verzorging.
De biologische veroudering verloopt volgens een ingebouwde dynamiek, waarbij
je gaande weg merkt dat de lichaamsreserves en de weerstand tegen ziekte
