Inleiding
Als eerste stel ik mezelf even voor. Mijn naam is Liesbeth Voorn-Zwarthoed, 35 jaar, getrouwd en
moeder van een dochter van 1,5 jaar. Sinds april 2019 volg ik de opleiding Gespecialiseerd
pedagogisch medewerker MBO4. Naast mijn opleiding loop ik stage bij peuterspeelzaal “De
Hummeltjes” in .......
Dit verslag heb ik geschreven als eindopdracht van de module Kinderopvang. Mij werd gevraagd om
mijn visie te geven over een recente maatschappelijke kwestie die invloed heeft op mijn rol als
professional. Als onderwerp heb ik gekozen voor kwaliteitsverbetering en met name de aanstelling van
een pedagogisch beleidsmedewerker. Binnen De Hummeltjes is deze rol nog niet ingevuld en daar
ben ik tijdens mijn eigen werkzaamheden tegen aan gelopen. Dit was voor mij dan ook een reden om
hier verder onderzoek naar te doen.
