White water raftingI was going to the black bear river to do white water rafting .
I was with my friends Scott Dario and Ryan.
There was a mother with a daughter two Linda and Petra.
Rick was our guide. He has a lot of experience with white water rafting.
We first needed to do a lot of practice before we went rafting. We needed to learn paddling
on land, and then we did go to still water to practice. When the practice was over we went to
sleep in a tent.
The next day we went water rafting the water was
very wild. You heard a roar and heard the water very loud in some places harder than the
other places. Rafting was fun in the beginning. Scott walked away and we found him back.
When we come to the difficult parts people get hurt. I fell from the boat and got stuck under
the water.I thought I was going to die but the boat where I was under came out and I
survived. My elbow was very painful. Rick had an injured hand and it was infected.Linda may
have broken her ribs and her head injury could be serious she needed to go to the hospital.
We all survived in the end but it wasn’t so easy we thought fun it was very dangerous. I feel
now that I didn’t need to go on the trip.
