• Nacido rey, criado en ambiente religioso y militarista, venido

• Continuó sistema de turnismo sin evolucionar hacia la

caciquismo y elecciones amañadas.
• Vivió a caballo entre modernidad de tiempos y lo antiguo de
la Corte.
