o Is bestand tegen douchen en biedt bescherming
tegen water, mogelijk om wonde en exsudaat te
inspecteren
o Laag allergeen dus rekening met comfort patiënt

Tekenen van infectie: omgeving, rood, gezwollen,
warm en pijnlijk (geen inflammatiefase dus), geur,
geelgroen vocht (etter), nefaste wondgenezing,
Exsudaat: bloed, etter, sereus of sero-sanguineus
vocht, hoeveelheid, kleur en geur
Wondranden: mooi tegen elkaar, overal gesloten,
verweekt, onderhuids hematoom
Hechtingsmateriaal: draadjes, haakjes, pleister,
lijm, hoeveel geplaatst en hoeveel nog aanwezig?
Hoeveel onlangs verwijderd?
Verband: of het moet worden vervangen of niet en welke reden
Positieve of negatieve evolutie van de wondgenezing
