Therapeutisch doel
Snel couperen aanval en frequentie van aanvallen <2/week houden.
Niet medicamenteus:
Geef leefstijladviezen: stop met roken, vermijd uitlokkende factoren, beperk alcoholconsumptie,
beweging/trainingsprogramma, gezonde voeding, afvallen
Medicamenteus
Altijd:
Acetylsalicylzuur 1dd 80mg tablet (of bij allergie clopidogrel 1dd 75mg)
- i.c.m. PPI bij verhoogd risico op gastro-intestinale klachten
Aanvalsbehandeling
Snelwerkend nitraat + trombocytaggregatieremmer (acetylsalicylzuur)
Nitroglycerine
Patiënt naam
R/ Nitroglycerine, 0,4 mg/dosis spray
da 200 doses
S/ Één spray onder de tong wanneer angina pectoris klachten niet snel verdwijnen. Neem
dosis in zittende houding. Bij aanhoudende klachten een tweede, evt. derde dosis na
respectievelijk 5 en 10 min innemen.
