- Longitudinaal: over de lengte op de structuur
Tijdens de echo kijk je naar:
- onderbrekingen
- homogeniteit (of een structuur er overal hetzelfde uitziet)
- vocht
- calcificaties
- verdikkingen door middel van ontstekingen of vocht
- links rechts verschil
De ligamenten hoeven tijdens het performance assessment alleen over longitudinaal te worden
gescand. Zodra er sprake is van afwijkingen in het longitudinale beeld scan je de ligamenten ook
transversaal.
