Voorwoord
Voor de lezer.
Voor mijn module opdracht heb ik een 6,5 gehaald. Ik heb deze
geschreven voor een overheidsorganisatie waarin ik zelf werkzaam ben.
Vanwege privacy heb ik er voor gekozen de naam van de organisatie uit
het stuk te halen. Ook het voorwoord, missie en visie en de strategie
staan niet beschreven.
Ik hoop met dit stuk te helpen bij het maken van de module opdracht:

Motivatie en verbeterpunten
De uitwerking voldoet in ruim voldoende mate aan de gestelde eisen. De onderwerpen zijn met behulp
van de theorie uitgewerkt. De samenvatting mag iets meer de essentie bevatten. Niet wordt
aangegeven waarom deze aanpak strategisch is. Leuk is om te zien dat actuele ontwikkelingen (xxx
en xxxx) erbij zijn betrokken. De war for talen (niet "war of talent) is niet juist belicht. Er is niet
verwezen naar de theorie en er is niet aangegeven in hoeverre het herken baar is. Ook de candidate
experience komt niet helder naar voren, niet wordt aangegeven wat kan bijdragen aan een positieve
experience. Algoritmen zijn beschreven maar niet is duidelijk gemaakt wat het precies zijn. Data zijn
niet belicht. Het geheel is in duFidelijke taal geschreven en netjes verzirgd.
