Ontwerp = activiteit waarbij je je ideeën omzet in prototypes van waardeproposities. Het
is een cyclus van constant onderzoek doen en het opnieuw vormgeven van ideeën. De
ontwerpfase is de testfase.
Het waarde propositie canvas bestaat uit twee delen:
1. Klantprofiel: zegt wie de klant is. Jobs, pains and gains.
2. Value map: Je waardepropositie. Hoe je waarde voor je klant gaat creëren.
Als deze twee delen elkaar ontmoeten zal het resulteren in een "fit".
Soorten fits (hiermee test je de value proposition)
Problem-solution fit - Je weet wat het klantprofiel is en je gaat het oplossen. Cirkel
testen.
product-market fit - De oplossing die je hebt bedacht (bij problem solution fit) is ook
echt de oplossing die de klant wil. Vierkant testen.
business model fit - Je weet rond de waardepropositie een herhaalbaar en
schaalbaar goed business model te bouwen. Business model testen.
