,INLEIDING
Mijn naam is Nicole Tinnenbroek. Ik ben 22 jaar, woon in Huissen bij mijn ouders en ik ben
afgelopen schooljaar afgestudeerd als middelbaar beroepsonderwijs verpleegkundige.
Tijdens mijn opleiding tot MBO-verpleegkundige heb ik stagegelopen binnen de buurtzorg,
gehandicaptenzorg, psychiatrie en het ziekenhuis. Gedurende de opleiding, heb ik gewerkt
op een pg-afdeling en ik werk nu in de thuiszorg.
Vanwege mijn voor opleiding mag ik bij het hoger beroepsonderwijs verpleegkundige
beginnen in het tweede leerjaar. Dit jaar bestaat uit drie blokken. Ik ben begonnen met
onderwijseenheid 8 en afgelopen blok OWE 5 heb ik stagegelopen op een pg-afdeling.
Tijdens deze OWE 6 heb ik me ontwikkeld aan de hand van een opgesteld persoonlijk
ontwikkelingsplan. Na deze OWE voldoe ik aan de 7 Canmeds-rollen op tweedejaars niveau.
Ik ga aan de hand van de leerdoelen en bewijsmateriaal in dit document vertellen waarom ik
de leerdoelen heb behaald, maar ook wat ik nog wil leren de komende tijd. In dit document
vindt u de bewijsstukken die horen bij mijn pleidooi.
