Transversale as: loodrecht op sagittale vlak. Gaan van links naar rechts
door het lichaam heen. Bewegingen: flexie/extensie en
retroflexie/anteflexie.
Sagittale as: staat loodrecht op frontale vlak, gaan van voor naar achter
door het lichaam heen. Bewegingen: abductie/adductie.
Longitudinale as: loodrecht op het transversale vlak, gaat van boven naar
beneden door het lichaam heen. Bewegingen: endorotatie/exorotatie.
Soorten gewrichten + bewegingen
Scharniergewricht: Uni-axiaal gewricht dat in een richting beweegt, alleen
heen en terug.
VB: knie, elleboog, vingers, tussen humerus/ulna (dwarsscharnier), tussen
radius/ulna (lengtescharnier)
Beweging: flexie/extensie.
Rolgewricht: Uni-axiaal gewricht waarbij het ene bot in de lengteas om de
ander heen draait.
VB: Tussen radius en ulna (lengtescharnier)
Beweging: pronatie/supinatie, nee schudden.
Zadelgewricht: Bi-axiaal gewricht tussen de handwortelbeentjes en het
middenhandsbeentje van de duim; kan in twee richtingen bewegen.
Beweging: flexie/extensie, abductie/adductie.
Kogelgewricht: Multi-axiaal gewricht waarbij de gewrichtskogel van het ene
bot draait in de gewrichtskom van het andere bot.
VB: Heup en schouder.
Beweging: retro/anteflexie, abductie/adductie, endo/exorotatie.
Vlakgewricht: Non axiaal gewricht voor translatie. VB: facetgewrichten in
de wervelkolom, tussen handwortelbeentjes, art. atlanticoaxialis (C1 C2)
Ei/ovaal gewricht: Bi-axiale gewrichten. Vb: polsgewricht.
Beweging: lateroflexie, ja knikken.
Synoviaal gewricht
Junctura synovialis = synoviaal gewricht. Verbinding tussen twee botten zodat
ze kunnen bewegen met zo min mogelijk wrijving.
Gewrichtsholte met synovia
Beide botten bedekt met hyalien kraakbeen, is duw bestendig
Gewrichtskapsel met aan de binnenkant synoviaal membraan
Ligamenten: capsulair en extracapsulair.
Non-axiaal: vlakke gewrichten: intercapale gewrichten, facetgewrichten
Uni axiaal: scharniergewricht = interfalangeale gewrichten of rolgewricht
(art. atlantoaxialis, gewricht tussen C1 = atlas en C2 = axis.
Bi axiale gewrichten: eigewricht = polsgewricht en zadelgewricht
Multi axiale gewrichten: kogelgewricht zoals heupgewricht.
Elleboog kan 3 richtingen bewegen: lengtescharnier, dwarsscharnier, kogel
Bursae
Bindweefsel glijlagen, twee laagjes op elkaar geplakt met beetje synoviale
vloeistof erin.
Reduceren wrijving en faciliteren beweging. Voor de drukverdeling. NB:
bursitis.
Gewricht = junctura, articulatio
