Dit vooronderzoek met als resultaat een advies is ontstaan vanuit een mail van de
locatiemanager van Topaz locatie Wijckhof. De locatie heeft last van een hoog
verzuimpercentage wat resulteert in veelvuldige flexkrachten, forse budgetoverschrijdingen,
toegenomen werkdruk en fouten op de werkvloer. (Hogeschool Leiden, casus Topaz, 2022)
De locatiemanager vraagt daarom om hulp over hoe hij de duurzame inzetbaarheid van zijn
medewerkers verbeterd en het verzuim daarmee verlaagt. In dit beroepsproduct zullen wij
een vooronderzoek houden en komen tot een advies wat volgens ons resulteert in een
verlaging van het verzuimpercentage en de effecten die het hoge percentage op de
werkvloer heeft.
