Bij de ontwikkeling van jongeren tussen de 10 en 25 jaar zijn er 3
ontwikkelingen, namelijk:
1. De lichamelijke ontwikkeling (uiterlijk)
2. De cognitieve ontwikkeling (groei van het denkvermogen)
3. De sociaal-emotionele ontwikkeling
(verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel)
Puber: moment waarop geslachtsrijping begint
Adolescent: ontwikkelingsfase tussen kind en volwassene (10-24)
Rond je 25ste is je brein pas volgroeid. Deze hersengebieden rijpen niet in
hetzelfde tempo. Het woord “tiener” is vooral een indicatie voor de leeftijd
van 10 tot 20 jaar. Tussen groep 6 en 7 verandert het kind en gaan ze een
nieuwe fase in. De sociaal emotionele ontwikkelingen hebben een vast
