, Inleiding
Vanuit de opleiding Toegepaste Psychologie aan het Saxion Parttime Business School is dit
onderzoek tot stand gekomen. Voor de organisatie X is er een probleemstelling
geformuleerd: Hoe kan X ervoor zorgen dat medewerkers via het sociaal intranet meer
betrokken (verbondenheid) worden bij de organisatie en besluitvorming (autonomie). Met als
doel het vergroten van energiebronnen en de kans op verzuim en uitval verlagen.
De vraag: hoe kan technologie hier een oplossing voor bieden? De technologische oplossing
hiervoor is aanwezig binnen de organisatie, het sociale intranet. In dit onderzoek is er een
evaluatie gedaan naar de implementatie en gebruik van het platform. De discrepantie tussen
analyse en gewenste situatie (onderbouwd vanuit de literatuur met betrekking tot het
TAM-model) legt de kansen en verbeterpunten bloot. Deze conclusies vormen de basis van
de training voor de eindgebruikers. Vervolgens is er in het implementatieplan stapsgewijs
weergegeven hoe de training ingezet kan worden.
