We hebben voor dit portfolio een instructievideo gemaakt in opdracht van ComplyNow. We
hebben met veel plezier aan dit project gewerkt en zijn tevreden met het eindresultaat.
Wij willen graag ons begeleidend docent Kristian de Oude bedanken voor zijn prettige
begeleiding.

, Samenvatting
In het portfolio zal o.a. het vooronderzoek, de nuttige theorie, het ontwerp en het draaiboek
naar voren komen. In het vooronderzoek wordt een beeld geschetst van ComplyNow. In
opdracht van ComplyNow wordt er een instructievideo gemaakt voor teamleiders om een
beter functioneringsgesprek te kunnen voeren en wordt ervoor gezorgd dat teamleider in de
toekomst ook de intentie hebben om een functioneringsgesprek te voeren. Er is een
ontwerp gemaakt om dit te kunnen realiseren. Dit ontwerp bestaat uit 2 onderdelen. Er is
het onderdeel waarbij de theorie wordt verteld en een onderdeel waarbij er 2 fragmenten
worden vertoond.
