Gedurende bijeenkomst 2.1 wordt er gewerkt aan een aantal centraal staande kernbegrippen.
Hierdoor kunnen wij aantonen inzicht te hebben in de verpleegkundige zorgverlening en de
organisatie hiervan met de bijbehorende taken en verantwoordelijkheden. Door het schrijven van dit
addendum wordt er gewerkt aan de uitgekozen casus met de daaraan gekoppelde kernbegrippen.

Deze kernbegrippen zijn ‘coördinatie van de zorg’, ‘veiligheid’, ‘ethiek en moreel beraad’ en
‘verpleegkundig leiderschap en zeggenschap.’

Aan het einde van dit document bevinden zich de bijlagen; hierin kunt u het feedbackformulier en de
bijbehorende reflectie vinden.
