Inleiding

verlies van zelfbeheersing. Steeds meer jongeren lijken moeite te krijgen
in het onderwijs. Maar ook de scholen verliezen de kwaliteiten en de
ontwikkelingsopgave van de jongeren uit het oog. Daarom is door een
brede scholengemeenschap in Schagen het Rots en Waterprogramma
ontwikkeld (Ykema, 2006).
