general public to look up civil and criminal records throughout the state. Although other
states have programs similar to CCAP, this system only covers cases that occur within
Wisconsin
- SSI: Supplemental Security Income: monthly money for low-income people who are disabled
or have mental illnesses
- Building inspector: can be called by tenants if they think their house is in bad conditions.
Landlords hate them because they can shut down houses.
- Men tent to try to fix their debts by doing work for the landlord, and women are more likely
to call for support (family, church, ngo’s) and hide from the landlords

- Sherrena tries to be nice, but nothing gets fixed in the houses and the tenants are always
blamed
