, man en vrouw willen een kind krijgen, maar wilden van tevoren weten of
hun kind hypofosfatasie zou hebben. In dit experiment werd dit
onderzocht. Dit gebeurde aan de hand van een serummonster, waarin de
activiteit van het enzym Alkalische Fosfatase (AF) bepaald werd. Als de
activiteit van het AF laag was, was er sprake van hypofosfatase.
Hoofdstuk 2: Inleiding
2.1: Theoretische achtergronden
Alkalische Fosfatase (AF) is een enzym dat in het menselijke lichaam
voorkomt. Als er sprake is van hypofosfatasie (lage waarde van dit enzym),
kan dit zorgen voor bot en gebitsproblemen.
