1. PURGING (goed om mee te starten)
Verloop:
- Start met een stille purge (3 à 5 minuten individueel ideeën noteren op Post-its)
- Ieder om beurt plakt zijn ideeën op de flipchart en licht ze kort toe
- Zo weinig mogelijk vragen stellen (tenzij het idee volledig onduidelijk is)
- Start met verder bouwen op de ideeën nadat alle ideeën zijn geplakt
- Plak de nieuwe ideeën
- Je kan de ronde eventueel nog eens volledig overdoen
Zorg ervoor tijdens het examen dat je tijdens het collecteren al interessante ideeën in het achterhoofd
houdt, waarop verder kan gewerkt worden
2. BRAINWRITING
Verloop:
- Alle deelnemers zitten rond de tafel en iedere deelnemer noteert bovenaan zijn A4/ A3
blad drie mogelijke ideeën of antwoorden op de centrale vraag. (dit in anderhalve
minuut)
- Het blad wordt naar rechts doorgeschoven en er wordt verder gebouwd op de laatste
(onderste) ideeën. (dit opnieuw in een anderhalve minuut)
- Dit gaat door tot de ‘eigenaar’ zijn A4 blad teruggekregen heeft.
- de ‘eigenaar’ kiest de 3 tot 5 beste ideeën (op examen 2 of 3) op het blad en plakt die bij
de andere ideeën
3. DE OMGEKEERDE VRAAG (goed om mee te starten)
Verloop:
- Draai de centrale vraag VOLLEDIG om, zodat het resultaat wat je wilt bereiken net
het omgekeerde is dan wat je voor ogen hebt.
