Dit verpleegplan is geschreven op het niveau van een beginnend verpleegkundige in opleiding.
De aanleiding van dit verslag is: mevrouw de Bont helpen te leven met haar aandoening chronisch
hartfalen en het gebruik van de juiste techniek hierbij.
Ik ben tot dit verslag gekomen met behulp van mijn samenwerkingsgroep uit SWL.
Dit verpleegplan is erg leerzaam voor mij geweest. Door dit verpleegplan heb ik inzicht gekregen in
het opstellen van een verpleegplan en waarom een verpleegplan belangrijk is. Daarbij heb ik
geleerd hoe er geclusterd moet worden met behulp van de functionele gezondheidspatronen van
Gordon.
