comunidad orientadas a la realización de unos determinados fines u objetivos que no son que la
integración económica, social y política de Europa.
1.1.2 Caracteres del derecho comunitario
Rasgos:
Su novedad: Es una creación completamente nueva en la
historia del derecho. Es consecuencia lógica de la novedad del
fenómeno económico que tal derecho viene a regular.
Su autonomía. Tiene sustantividad propia y no en función de
los derechos nacionales de los Estados miembros.
Consecuencias:
o Es un Derecho generado desde sí mismo
o Es un derecho que requiere una interpretación
uniforme.
o Es un derecho de aplicabilidad directa.
o Es un derecho susceptible de producir efectos
directos y ser directamente invocable.
