HECHTENStations: 2 mogelijkheden kan ook dat je het alle 3 moet doen
• Steriel veld klaarleggen, handschoenen aandoen
• Steriel veld is klaar, handschoenen aan en hechten
Rode vlaggen:
• Steriliteit: bij hechten zorgen dat je niet te veel buiten veld komt
o Als er iets onsteriel is, benoem het dan, zeg dan dat je normaal een ander zou halen
• Instrumenten op juiste manier vastnemen
• Naaldcontainer!!
Voorbereiding:
1. Materiaal klaarleggen
a. Eerst ook even zeggen dat de wonde gehecht moet worden
b. Je gaat het materiaal ervoor nemen:
i. Wondveld (pt)
ii. Handschoenen – niet steriel en steriele
iii. Steriel veld en gatdoek
iv. Kompressen – niet steriel en steriel
v. Ontsmetting – voor wonde en je eigen handen
vi. Optrek- (roze, 18G) en inspuitnaald (groen, 21G)
vii. Spuitje
viii. Verdoofmiddel (bv lidocaïne 1%)
ix. Hechtset zelf pakken:
1. Naaldvoerder
2. Schaar
3. Chirurgisch pincet
x. Hechtdraad, best de groene bij UA
xi. Naaldcontainer
2. Inspectie en ontsmetting
a. Inspectie: doe je met een chirurgische pincet
i. Handen ontsmetten! (elke keer voor je de pt gaat aanraken, na iets anders te
hebben gedaan)
ii. Niet steriele handschoenen aandoen (om jezelf tegen lichaamsstoffen pt te
beschermen)
iii. Inspectie wonde zelf (indien de wond te vuil is eerst reinigen met
ontsmettingsmiddel (dmv kompres) of waterige oplossing (overvloedig over de
wonde gieten zo nodig))
1. Vuil?
2. Bloedend? à indien actieve bloeding stelpen en adrenaline inspuiten
3. Gekartelde randen?
4. Indien de wond zuiver is en het toelaat ga je kijken naar letsels van
onderliggende structuren: bv. pezen, spieren, bloedvaten, zenuwen,…
b. Ontsmetting: dit moet mogelijks niet op stationsproef, om de padjes niet helemaal nat te
maken
