Voor u ligt het verslag professionele vaardigheden OE721 van mij, Melani Cvetkovski. Ik heb
dit gemaakt voor mijn opleiding Business Studies aan Hogeschool Inholland te Rotterdam.
Aan de hand van een aantal workshop heb ik een lastig gesprek gevoerd. Ik werd tijdens deze
workshops voorbereid voor het gesprek. Daarnaast weet ik wat mijn communicatiestijl is,
door dit vak.
